Mục tiêu tổng quát
Đánh giá suy chức năng vỏ thượng thận ở bệnh nhân dùng glucocorticosteroid dài hạn bằng nghiệm pháp synacthen và nghiệm pháp hạ đường huyết bằng insulin.
Mục tiêu chuyên biệt
1.Xác định tỉ lệ suy chức năng vỏ thượng thận bằng nghiệm pháp hạ đường huyết ở những bệnh nhân dùng glucocorticosteroid dài hạn.
2.Xác định sự tương quan giữa nồng độ cortisol huyết tương nền buổi sáng với nồng độ tối đa của cortisol huyết tương sau nghiệm pháp hạ đường huyết bằng insulin.
3.Xác định giá trị chẩn đoán suy thượng thận của cortisol huyết tương nền buổi sáng.
4.Xác định sự tương quan giữa nồng độ tối đa cortisol huyết tương sau tiêm Synacthen 250 gg với nồng độ tối đa của cortisol huyết tương trong nghiệm pháp hạ đường huyết.
5.Xác định giá trị chẩn đoán suy chức năng vỏ thượng thận thứ phát của nghiệm pháp synacthen 250 gg tác dụng ngắn.
